It's a trap. Look for somewhere else!

- Constant micro aggression environment - Ghosting is a thing - Lack of trust between leaders and developers - Arrogant communication - I have heard things like "I would do that in 5 minutes", "I said that already, aren't you listening?", "That's all you've done?", "John would do it better", etc etc.. - Poor management. Tasks are not specified and you will be charged by the number of PRs you open. No quality involved - Weak/fragile code. Trust me, it will be a nightmare to touch it
