      All down to luck of being put on accounts that are easy to sell or ones that even most experienced can't sell. Bullying atmosphere among staff

      Pros

      Really lovely people and supportive leadership team. Business wants employees to succeed and works hard to support the people who work here. The culture is fast, collaborative, and filled with people who enjoy what they do. Leadership team are open to feedback and progressing the company.

      Cons

      Fast paced and pressured Business is working to improve processes but this is a work in progress.
