1- Environment 2- Friendly Environment 3- Best for Technical Team 4- Easy to switch between Technical Departments 5- Good money if you stand your ground (Be steady to what you want).
Cons
1- 0% growth 2- No scope to learn 3- You will only learn Cntrl+C Cntrl+V 4- can't mention the work experience in yiur C.V

Many, I repeat MANY!!! 1. No Growth 2. Fixed Timings 3. Less Opportunities 4. CEO's Attitude depends upon his mood. 5. It will be very difficult for you to show experience of AppAmplify, because you will not learn anything. 6. There are many companies running under the name of AppAmplify, so beware of it. 7. Seniors are not at all friendly 8. They shut down company whenever they want to and then you will get to know that you're getting new documents in the name of ABC Company.
