      Appinio ist ein junges, wachsendes Unternehmen, das sich im stetigen Wandel befindet. Alle Mitarbeitenden die ich bis jetzt kennengelernt habe, stehen zu 100% hinter dem Produkt und dem Unternehmen. Außerdem herrscht eine sehr warme und herzliche Unternehmenskultur.

      Cons

      Das Gehalt liegt ein wenig unter dem Schnitt, der bei vergleichbaren Unternehmen gezahlt wird.

      Pros

      The culture & people are truly amazing - everyone is smart, driven and collaborative. People you actually want to hang out with outside of work. The remote work and benefits are a huge plus too.

      Cons

      Experiences the typical growing pains when trying to scale a company & enter a new market - not a lot of structure or direction, so something to note if that is what you need.

      -Remote work friendly (Able to work from anywhere and often this is encouraged -- Appinioeers love to travel) -Great work/life balance -The best colleagues <3 -Encourages both personal and professional growth -Plenty of opportunities for upward mobility -No micromanaging

      Cons

      -There's need for strong personal initiative and ability to work individually (althought there is plenty of collaboration with others) -- but maybe not ideal for someone who needs constant support or oversight
