      1. Animate Manhwa ads 2. being able to work with you favorite BL Manhwa 3. Great co workers 4. Free Lunch every Wednesday 5. Free snack in pantry as well as rice.

      1. lack of direction 2. scared of giving feedback for task. 3. no OT pay just OT meal and transportation allowance only after 12 4. Company Mismanage 5. No training 6. one time payment every month instead of 2x 7. no promotion 8.
