      No Pros to work here

      Cons

      Overloaded with work. Short of manpower. Expect to perform multiple job dutues/roles. Vitual working environment as most of the team members is base overseas. No support from supervisors and poor leadership. Feedback is not taken positively. Exoect us to work till late everyday.

      Great leadership - UR attracts too talent and good leaders are consistently out into the right positions

      Cons

      None really - this field can be blue collar so that might not be the right fit for everyone. But I really like it.
