Pros
- you get away with doing a lot in the classroom (using your phone, gossiping, being lazy) - easy hours, as long as you don't have bus duty ... 7:30-3:30 - the kids aren't the actual problem, the kids are great. Surprised? You should be!
Cons
- teachers are not hands on, at all - staff are clique-y. This place truly is like high school...everyone parties together, sleeps around with one another. It's disgusting. - staff are too rough with the kids. Lighten up, you need to follow the protocol, people. - no room for growth unless you are a "favorite" of management. I have a master's and they couldn't find a position for me that pays more than $32,000 a year? Okay.
