The Work load was challenging and interesting. The starting salaries are competitive, and the Franklin team was helpful and friendly.

My department head was located in a different country which was difficult at times.

This company pays well, has decent benefits,vlong weekends, and different shift options.

The management is abysmal. The scheduling is never correct, workers are poorly trained, urgent situations are not treated with urgency. Hours are reduced by over 50% with a weeks notice. I want to like this job but everything tells me not to.
