Start-up that still needs some work - Accountant ARB Interactive Employee Review

I have been here for about 5 months and am amazed at what a great company this is. The way they take care of their employees is amazing. 14 days of holiday, unlimited time off, 100/month in health and wellness... ETC. This company is scaling fast and so happy to be along for the ride.

Talented, supportive coworkers Pleasant work environment in Slack Company offsites WFH stipends Some incredible middle managers

Boy's club (seen worse, but also seen much better) Salary at the low end of the market Arbitrary, far-reaching decisions with no warning or lead time Constantly fighting to retain your seat at the table
