Company is customer and technology focused. I have been mentored by and worked for the owners as a technical architect since 2002. I worked with ARBA technical team for over 7 years. There is negligible turnover in the technical team, having worked with the same team for a number of years. Over the last few years, the new owners have doubled the revenue, migrated the product from legacy to the new technology, and won a number of accolades and awards for their POS products (more info on the website).

No challenges in the work environment unless you don't want to be challenged and be accountable
