Toxic Environment with open plan office. Management are locked away in a side office. Be careful who you talk to as it gets around... They're all snakes. Lack of confidentiality through management. Management are out of their depth and take credit for others work... they've also given every manager a director title. Forced attendance to work events. Failure to comply will result in a day's deduction from holiday allowance. Have a problem internally, they will offer occupational health with no follow ups of adherence to suggested outcomes. Don't bother with any grievances, because they'll make you out to be the problem.
