      High salary, eat at work, that's about it.

      Cons

      ARC illegally won't pay overtime. They overwork and bully employees. Coordinators are petty and vindictive. They will punish you and micromanage you if they're mad at you and try to make you quit.

      Pros

      Wages, benefits, vacation pay. Good coworkers and supportive management who take time to listen and give feedback honestly and vice versa.

      Cons

      Limited room for advancement initially depending on what your education is. If you dont have a bachelor degree you're going to be waiting a while before moving forward
