Pros
None as such since it follows startup model with earning more money and providing no benefits to employees.
Cons
1. More work with less pay and overtime during product release. 2. Appraisal takes Oct end instead of April . 3. No perks for overtime or over-night work . Just food reimbursement with max limit approx 200. 4. You get calls from TL or teammates during weekdays and saturdays after office which is the most annoying part. If you have no job and money for survival you can join else work on your skills and be some where else where you deserve better pay, work life balance and benefits.
