Pros
All the staff gets along pretty well and full benefits are offered.
Cons
The firm has made a shift in priorities and is no longer focused on maintaining the staffs needs. Some Partners are degrading and sometimes even intimidating. Partners keep getting hired and secretaries are paired 4 to 1 without consent or incentive. Management also seems to have their hands tied when it comes to reflecting the staff’s needs to the EP’s because it seems like the focus is more on their image and client based events/revenue; not the needs of the ones that are doing “big firm work” with small firm salary. Moral is at an all time low and tension is looming over everyone.
