      Pros

      Great place to be a developer. Engineers respected by management. Good collaboration between development and QA. Expected to accomplish things and appreciated when you do. Good training and mentoring process for junior programmers. Consistent push to upgrade tools and apply best practices. I left due to a move for family reasons. Otherwise I would still be working there!

      Cons

      Kind of crowded in terms of work space and scheduling of meetings, but they are moving to a larger space soon, so that should no longer be an issue.

      Very knowledgeable team with deep experience across the organization Supportive coworkers who are willing to help when needed Stable work environment with clear expectations Good work-life balance

      Low turnover on the engineering team can make it challenging to advance or move into new roles

      office politics, manager only likes his ppl. especially their CTO
