- 401K doesn't kick in till after a year of you being there - No one lasts a year because DP is the worst - Overworked and underpaid - People are let go with no warning - DP has the biggest ego - DP makes you focus on things that shouldnt be focused on, because he can keep his head on straight - DP wants everyone to work on weekends, and holidays when people are off - Holidays aren't paid until after 3 months - DP is under pressure, so he puts everyone else under pressure - Wants to push EVERYONE, contractors, vendors, production team, marketing team, etc. - DP fails to tell you things, so at the last minute you're stressed trying to figure something out - No guidance for anyone, no training, after stated there was training - Everyone quits or wants to quit
