Pros

Caring co-workers for the most part.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend this company. No work life balance at all and it always felt like work came before basic human decency. There was this constant fear that one small mistake or disagreement could cost someone their job with no warning. A supervisor could suddenly lose someone from their team and barely get told anything, which made everything more uncomfortable. People looked tired, stressed, and worried about saying the wrong thing. Nobody seemed appreciated even when extra hours became normal. Environment gets draining and it was hard to trust management when problems kept getting ignored. Steer clear if you value your well-being.

Pros

ARMRA is truly a place where you can come in and grow your career. I have seen people start as managers and become VPs within two years, which speaks to the opportunity and trust given to high performers. There are team members with real longevity here who value that growth and understand the realities and growing pains of a high-growth environment. While the pace is fast, it is absolutely possible to set boundaries that work for you and your life. You can be in a high-growth, high-impact environment while still protecting your peace. ARMRA is an exciting place to be, and if you are motivated and ambitious, you can truly soar here.

Cons

ARMRA operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can move quickly and expectations are high. The pace can be intense at times, especially during key growth moments or launches, and requires adaptability and strong time management. While this environment creates opportunities for rapid learning and meaningful impact, it may not be the right fit for those who prefer a slower, more predictable cadence.

Pros

Incredibly talented coworkers who are willing to help, collaborate, and get the job done.

Cons

Too many to list. The reviews are real. Read them carefully. Leadership is not equipped to handle C-suite responsibilities and any company wrongdoings are blamed on employees. Blink wrong and you're out. There is endless churn of work simply because the founder forgot the marketing direction or changed her mind at the eleventh hour. The COO is nowhere to be found, and no one in leadership makes an effort to mentor the associates. People joke "a month here is a year anywhere else" and that is because people get so burnt out from the workload and toxic leadership that they leave. Benefits are minimal and I am not sure how a company that attracts such great talent is okay with extremely high levels of turnover. Layoffs are endless. Every single week another team member is suddenly gone. No one knows why and it leads to a culture of toxicity and wondering when you might be their next target. HR pretends to create team-building activities but cannot help with basic payroll or benefit questions. This is one of the worst places I've worked and I would give it 0 stars if I could.
