Pros
Flexible schedule, customers are mostly easy to get along with. $5 bonus for every completed claim.
Cons
They make you use your $5 bonus to pay for printer paper, toner, and a mobile hotspot device. They do not provide you with the tools you need in order to do the job. You have to pay for these yourself. If you get into a legal bind, the company will not help you out. They don't seem to care about their employees much. They start you off with a lowball salary and claims of "It's better than where you are now" and "we'll give you a raise once you start getting claims finalized." I have yet to see a raise and quite honestly with the amount of things they make me pay for I might as well make $10.00/hour.
