      Pros

      really relaxed environment you will make good friends sometimes they look after people

      Cons

      - mid-level managers and top-level managers are so useless. Compared to the pre-covid and pre-NCS era, it was a fun place to work but now (at least in Brisbane) it just feels like a boys club. If you are in it, good for you, else tough luck. - too much groupism. They don't trust a new person in the team and they will not even try to work on it. For a small group, it is divided into further small groups. - losing clients. they are in a verge of loosing a lot of their big clients as the quality of work they provide has gone really down.

      Toxic management bro culture Lack of support for lower-level management White privilege mindset Lack of empathy for peoples personal situations Senior leaders who don't actually listen to what you have to say Lack of integrity and values when it comes to which clients to work with They will ignore any issues you raise The dictionary definition of a body shop No arq way of doing things An organisation of yes men All style no substance when it comes to helping clients.
