      Shady financials, no manager lasts more than a year, c suite filled with individuals that aren't very familiar with the inner workings of the product but make important decisions

      Pros

      Good pay. Great office space. Ability to contribute and have those contributions recognized.

      Cons

      Oh boy. Should be titled DISARRAY. Principal is either clueless to or turns a blind eye to the harm done by the top executive. That exec. doesn't micromanage, they subatomic particle-manage to the most ludicrous degree. So many talented, miserable people on staff (who tried to warn me when I came aboard). High turnover is unsurprising.
