Pros
Few hard working guys nothing else.
Cons
1. A few engineering managers don’t know the ABCD of frontend development—they’re just busy playing politics.
2. The HR policies are pathetic.
3. The CEO and directors are only focused on creating HR policies. They have no idea what’s actually happening in the market.
4. The company offers nearly half the number of holidays compared to other good IT companies.
5. A few senior employees think they can just come to the office and sleep because they’re close to management.
The list is long. There’s hardly anything good about this company—it’s full of politics, poor management, a terrible performance rating system, favoritism, and a few underqualified managers. Employees are fired randomly within six months, there’s no technical growth, and even the cafeteria is bad.
