Pros
- Young and friendly colleagues. - Flexible work hours. - Homeoffice.
Cons
- Incompetent management. Romanian branch is always viewed as cheap labour and treated as such (first to take a hit in raise cuts, benefit cuts, etc. when the company doesn't reach the annual profit targets). - Toxic leadership. Filthy leader mentality where only good numbers matter so upper management is happy. Leaders do not accept other views. Will mark you as a bad employee if you don't agree with them, no matter how high performing are you. - Minimal differentiation between low and high performing employees. - Wages are terribly managed (they cannot even tell you how they calculated or settled your raises), and always below expectations compared to responsibilities. One of the toxic behaviors of leaders is to put as much responsibilities on employees as possible, without any rewards. - A general bad mentality and attitude where employees (incl. leaders) prioritize good looking results over quality. No implication or efforts.
