They treat their employees well.

Compared to other companies I've worked at, ARS is the best.

There is no pro to working here unless you have a prison record and have to be on a child offender list like all their employees.

Was told upon being hired I had to do a 60 day probationary period to gain benefits and insurance. I worked here for 5 months with no insurance or benefits. And none were ever given to me or even offered. I voiced my questions often and just got ignored. This place will just lie and cheat you out of what you are owed. Just google anyone's name you meet from here followed by a NM arrest. You will find all your answers.
