You are provided with a detailed lesson plan and it is easy to carry out the lessons.
Cons
The hours are insanely long especially during the weekend and there are no mandatory lunch breaks. You are paid per class but are expected to carry out tasks after each class like clean up and parent consultation, which are not paid. There are many penalties set in place and are not proportionate to the pay.
