Pros
Good and smart people. Lots of opportunity to learn the product development procedure and toy business in general. Company financials are really good, feel secure in job. Fair managers. Greatful for the experience.
Cons
As with all organisations, the employee experience can vary depending on the people in your circle. Even so, the shared values that I have seen among my teammates in my department have resulted a good collaboration.
