The culture and people are great. Everyone feels welcome and the AS3 Academy is a very good entrance to the company, vision and goals.

Unfortunately, it is rather top-down in the sense that few people are actually involved in the decision making. There are not many opportunities for professional development either - once your in a position, it is difficult to advance.

A great social work environtment, all employees are very friendly and open towards welcoming you. A lot of freedom under responsibility and varying tasks/ projects.

In general AS3 should focus more on improving the physical side of the work environtment: cheap coffee, no food available if you are working late hours, etc.
