      Positionnement de chacun dans un système hiérarchique qui s'annonce comme tel. Formation continue. Possibilité d'évolution de carrière. Postes outre-mer et DOM-TOM

      Cons

      Difficultés récurrentes à s'affirmer face à un militaire, fût-il sous-officier subalterne. La spécificité des personnels civils n'est pas reconnue en tant que telle sans parler de l'équivalence en tant que cadre avec la catégorie officier.

      Pros

      Lots of OJT with a very experienced workforce. You have lots of opportunity for advancement with this company and are rewarded for hard work and being a team player.

      Cons

      Most of the work is outside in the elements but that is what line maintenance is all about
