First, we’d like to apologize for the tardiness of this reply and thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed certain aspects of our company, and will continue to work hard to improve those “pros” for our current and future employees. Secondly, we understand and acknowledge a lot of the cons that you have listed. As you may have experienced, our company is rapidly growing and this has been the case for the past few years. While growth is great, unfortunately it is difficult to scale a team to size internally and it is something we prioritize to provide our employees with an ideal work environment. Things have also changed drastically within our management and HR process within the few years since you’ve departed. We do not have an “internship” that delays benefits by 180 days, there are an array of different positions that have been created due to our growth, and our employees have set schedules that does not require overtime.
