Small Company 1.M-F schedule 2.Fun Fridays 3.Company Outings 4.Fair pay for entry level positions

Cons

1. They hire everyone on for an "internship" then after 90 days change you to permanent employee,then after another 90 days your eligible for benefits.The "internship" is just a way to delay your benefits. 2. Departments don't work together as a team but blame each other instead 3. High stress environment 4. CEO micromanages everyone in the company 5. Extreme politics is the only way to success; regardless of quality work you do. 6. Management prys into your personal business 7. Little room to advance in the company 8. Starting pay is fair but as you advance, you take on 3times the amount of work and a new title for a little bump in pay. 9. They have a broken culture 10. HR is not trustworthy and hypocritical 11. You are not asked but expected to work a lot of overtime, and if you dont, you are in trouble

First, we’d like to apologize for the tardiness of this reply and thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed certain aspects of our company, and will continue to work hard to improve those “pros” for our current and future employees. Secondly, we understand and acknowledge a lot of the cons that you have listed. As you may have experienced, our company is rapidly growing and this has been the case for the past few years. While growth is great, unfortunately it is difficult to scale a team to size internally and it is something we prioritize to provide our employees with an ideal work environment. Things have also changed drastically within our management and HR process within the few years since you’ve departed. We do not have an “internship” that delays benefits by 180 days, there are an array of different positions that have been created due to our growth, and our employees have set schedules that does not require overtime. One of the worst compamies ever. The president isnt very friendly and shes rude and only cares about herself
