      The people who work there are mostly really nice.

      Cons

      The disorganization and flagrantly bad business decisions—who launches a new website that doesn’t work??? —made it frustrating beyond belief to work there. Everyone wanted out.

      Empowerment and autonomy with great teams to work with

      Cons

      Executive team does not know how to lead, retain a profitable business, and grow the business. ISTE took over ASCD and essentially burned through all of their profits and ended up letting many employees go as there were no profits
