      Pros

      There are some super talented people that are passionate about the work they do. Benefits package is great.

      Cons

      Since the merger with ISTE, it has quickly become the "ISTE show". All traces of ASCD are being erased. No clear plan for the organization's future. A new CEO is needed ASAP! Middle management needs development and training.

      Empowerment and autonomy with great teams to work with

      Cons

      Executive team does not know how to lead, retain a profitable business, and grow the business. ISTE took over ASCD and essentially burned through all of their profits and ended up letting many employees go as there were no profits
