Technical meetups are organized in the office. A lot of experienced people working near you.
Cons
Top management sometimes likes to do "micromanagement". Hard to get a salary rise. Small company may be not the best place for career in most cases. As a developer you may be involved in customer communication, sometime it's hurts when a customer have "specific" requirements.
