      Pros

      If you love Italian food, then you’ll love working here. Seriously, everything on their menu is to DIE for, AND you can get it for free when you’re on the clock. My colleagues were the real icing on the cake, though. Hospitality can be FRUSTRATING, but at least I didn’t have to deal with people who like to start drama for no reason.

      Cons

      I truly believe that EVERYONE should work in hospitality at least once in their lives, just so they can see how tough it can be on the other side. It’s a learning experience like no other.

      I loved working here. the tips were crazy. my restaurant right now is nowhere near as much money. I miss it.

      None. I had to move, otherwise I’d still be there.

      Pros

      Good base rate of pay for waiting staff and on the job training. Training was continuous and happened every few months.

      Cons

      There are no flaws that I can think of. They were very flexible with my schedule and with holidays and the management at the time I worked there were great.
