Lack of life work balance due to overburden job scope. Management always push employee to do things that didn't exist in the job scope. Culture wise, still need improvement as it still stucks with 80's and 90's corporate culture despite we almost meet 2023.

Workload is hardcore. No team in marketing department, all managment and technical work must done by one person. Salary bellow market price.
