Company is small so you get to learn and do a lot. I like to be busy so it works for me and co workers here are generally very nice.

Because company is small, you have a lot of responsibilities so sometimes multi tasking can be hard.

I want to bring to light some concerning issues at Astr the Label. The market manager has been creating a hostile work environment, to the point of making women cry on the floor. Such behavior should be reported immediately. Additionally, this manager cowardly called HR to question the team about potential drug use, displaying a complete lack of trust and respect. The verbal abuse from both the management and coworkers is unacceptable. Employees are not paid on time, yet are forced to show up for work, creating financial stress and unfair conditions. It is shocking that this company continues to operate under these circumstances. There is a highlight of toxic culture at the highest levels. There have also been instances where employees were called and accused of drug use by management, with HR involved in three-way calls to intimidate staff. Astr the Label operates like a slave ship, with a deeply abusive environment perpetuated by both management. Such conditions are not only unethical but likely illegal, and immediate action should be taken to address these issues.
