Pros

Not an overwhelming work load. There's an ability to grow, but only if you put in the effort. Since working here I've felt nothing but support from everyone around me. It's a very friendly environment to work in if you've got a good attitude.There's enough documentation to train yourself on topics that you are iffy on, so lack of training isn't really an issue. There are some really intelligent people working here, and most of them are willing to help if you get stuck on an issue.

Cons

Multiple offices makes it slightly difficult to ask other engineers questions without giving them a phone call, but you are able to reach them through phone or email fairly easy so it isn't that big of a deal.

Cons

Employees are expected to work towards goals. People content with status-quo, mediocrity is not accepted.
