      You get to work on exciting and complicated projects, great team and supervisor. No micromanagement.

      Sometimes work is intense, due to small team size. Company is growing rapidly.

      Easy to deal with. Keep in mind i'm contracted so I don't deal with everyone on a daily basis. Everyone seems nice and is helpful.d

      Cons

      Hard to get a raise. It's a tough negotiation each time and others with my experience make more. I understand they are capped by what organization contracts my services.
