Company used to be a good place to work-not now. We are micromanaged to the point where we literally had to write down when we went to the bathroom on efficiency reports we are required to do. People at our other location do not do half as much as our location and it's accepted. We work non-stop but now we have to do even more but our pay is 1/2 of what it would be at other companies. You will work with average employees and have terrible benefits-how do you justify a 7% match-I contribute $100.00 and you match 7.00 this is laughable. Management needs to be replaced as well as the owner-you say you are Christian, but you treat people like crap by the micromanaging-we work our tails off for 10 months out of the year-we deserve a little slack off time..if you want to act like an accounting firm-maybe you should close for the holiday's or I don't know at least give us the day after Thanksgiving off I can't wait for the mass exodus to happen once the economy turns around.
