Pros

I thought the atmosphere was pretty relaxed and fostered a work and life balance. The PTO is okay; depending on the manager / team lead, it can be enjoyable. Like any other company, some manager's micro-manage and some don't. Most of the people there are great associates. Chris was my manager, and although he did everything by the book, he was the best, even if you may or may not have professionally admired him.

Cons

In order to support career minded people at ATBS, it needs to up the pay and PTO. ATBS goes after recent college graduates and pays him or her nearly nothing and that is evident with the high employee turnover. There are no internal controls for upper management, with the wrong type of management that place is easily acceptable to fraud and toxicity, which I am sure happens already.
