      Poor pay, poor management, HR sides with management and threatens to call their Company lawer every time you disagree with something they say.

      Pros

      Good people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Salary people are expected to work more than 40 hours. Hourly are expected to work 6 days a week up to 60 hours. Some managers are clueless. Lots of prisoners work here but most are good guys looking for redemption. Starting pay of $14 for floor workers is horrible. Turnover is 85-90% first year.
