Ther is Good working environment there

There is no down side on working there

Big Clients ( Aegean ) to work for.

The review refers to the Aegean team. There was constant pressure, no respect for developers, and essentially no proper Scrum processes in place. Overall, it felt like a toxic and discouraging environment, with people lacking a solid understanding of how software should be built, resulting in frequent regressions caused by clear disorganization and poor engineering practices — something especially concerning for such a major client.
