      Pros

      The workers have great power in effecting the company's decisions. It is rare for the company to let someone go. They provide meals every day.

      Cons

      There is no structure. There is no transparency. The annual feedback process is a joke. If you do not get along with your manager then you have no-one to turn to because they all know each-other for more than 20 years so they will talk badly about you.
