      Don't expect to ever be appreciated for your efforts. The all mighty dollar is the only thing that is important to management.

      Pros

      Lots of projects, good people, relatively good management. Company values are solid. Perks are decent. Flexible with hours and time management. The culture is fun and there are lots of freebies.

      Cons

      The benefits are not great especially if you have a family. There a numerous layoffs for budget cuts. So the culture might not be as nurturing and stable as other job opportunities.
