      Pros

      So what make your own schedule. Traveling and never doing the same thing everyday.

      Cons

      Poor communication from headquarters, not really sure of direction of company. Seems to be a lot of unknown finical issues as well. Brutally awful health insurance.

      Working at ATS Systems has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. What sets this company apart is its commitment to fostering a team-oriented and supportive environment. I joined this company with limited knowledge of the industry and managers and colleagues alike were willing to lend a helping hand, offer guidance, and provide encouragement. This level of support has been instrumental in my growth and development within the company.

      Pros

      Lots of freedom. Fun, interesting work. Great field service guys, great guys in the shop.

      Cons

      Poor training, company was tanked by a previous CEO and has a long hill to climb. Restructuring makes for an iffy feeling. poor support for service and customers adds to the shaky vibe.
