Everything else.
-Old school management, they are truly rude and use a horrible tone of voice when approaching staff. They demotivate you in calls, they never say anything positive, you get threat instead of talks to motivate you. Very old school management
-You don't get a proper onboarding and they expect you to know all the processes without getting a proper intro
-Lots of unnecessary pressure.
-Micromanagement coming from top members, they just don't trust the heads off. They attend all meetings and take all decisions as if the head didn't exist.
-They don't listen to anyone who is not a director. Head reports to directors
-Tools are old and they are not willing to change them. Prepare to take 5 times longer to do any easy task
-Flexible working is not real. Meetings are scheduled at any time until 7pm, ignoring the flexible working rules and your personal life.
I was even asked not to attend a doctor appointment I booked outside my working hours to work on a last minute project.
-There are not catch up with your boss, since no one cares about your development or how you are feeling
-No work life balance. No one cares about your personal life and they expect you to work long hours
-Founders are young but they don't care about their stuff, just about making money. Any other startup is a better place
