We agree that AVIAns are an incredibly talented bunch, and we’re glad that you found a community of lifelong friends during your time here. We regret that these were overshadowed for you. We would never want our standards for performance and desire to recognize individual achievement to eclipse our commitment to celebrate success as a team. Collaboration is what we always seek to be known for.
Starting with our mid-year check-in kicking off in July, we’ve added an upward feedback process where team members can securely provide feedback on their managers or personal experiences to our executive team. We hope this will allow teammates like you to raise concerns around how your performance reviews are conducted and contribution recognized. We’ll also be aligning our different departments on company-wide goals to help create the collaborative, welcoming environment that long defined AVIA.
