      Pros

      Very friendly team, I was able to ask colleagues for help when needed.

      Cons

      There weren't really any negatives, the office in mark lane was underground but spacious and in a great location.

      Pros

      Flexibility offered is wonderful. Upper management has little contact with team, they are very "results driven." Deliver or exceed expectations, everything is wonderful.

      Cons

      Be careful with engaging upper management. Lots of politics, lots of egos. Benefits are very low-level, which is why they seem to be so flexible with the PTO time.
