Horrible - Property Manager AWI Management Employee Review

Everything Else- As another employee mentioned- The upper management only wants to save so they can get their bonuses. They don't like for funds to come out of operating ever. No bonus for PMs or other at property staff. No raises. My wage didn't even include an apartment and I made less than the low income tenants did. They are horrible. I would never recommend working for them. Oh and they don't train you. They expect you to do it on your own.
