Pros
1. The FinTech related business, which is interesting to me. 2. Regular town hall event hosted by founder team, which brings employee more chance to grow. 3. The grow of employees are cared by manager and company side, which really helps a lot.
Cons
1. Don't have a good reputation on the technology side, still working for a better technology culture. 2. It is still a startup, don't have a big name comparing with some succeed companies like Google.
