      There is no any type of pros may be friendly team that it

      Cons

      1-Bad management stuff 2- Bad HR stuff There is no any respect of your life balance you will work over time and you will not got paid for it and you can't refuse to work over time. And after that when you want to leave you will not get your actual salary they will deduct it even if you have the right to get full payed.
