Pros

I first joined AX in Sept 2019 and initially though it was not for me but after some fabulous training, continued support and guidance it all clicked into place. AX have fantastic management and HR who really care about their staff. The team leaders in customer support will go above and beyond to ensure all colleagues are happy and managing their workload. Everyone works as a team and offers support to handlers who are falling behind. I have had a few personal issues and illnesses since being here and the support I have received has been outstanding I feel like AX really care about my health and wellbeing, I have never experience this in previous roles. Finally the bonus scheme and rewards really make you feel worthwhile and encourages you to give 100% at all time. I feel this is my forever job.

Cons

It can be a little pressured sometimes with extremely busy telephone lines and claims, however if you ask for support it is always given. Do not let the pressure get to you.
